My mission is to glorify God by reflecting his character and making disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus.
I have been working in full time vocational ministry since May of 2010, and have served in various ministry areas, including fitness & recreation, college, missions, assimilation, adult discipleship, and community outreach. In July of 2017, I became an ordained minister through Houston’s First Baptist Church.
Before entering full-time ministry, I graduated from Rutgers University (New Brunswick) in May of 2009 with a B.S. in Exercise Science & Sport Studies: Sports Management and a Minor in Psychology. After interning with the New York Mets in the Media Relations department in the spring of 2009, I moved to Houston, TX as a Teach for America Corps Member, becoming certified to teach grades K-4.
I am married to my godly and lovely wife, Karenie, and we have two incredible boys named Micah and Caleb. Since the summer of 2015, we have lived in a manufactured home community, consisting of over 200 family units, where we coordinate monthly events to serve the residents and create a healthy community culture of love and care for one another.
